MRED specializes in residential land development with over $145 million in single lot, one-off builds in just the last five years. From our single-family lot finishing menu of services to full subdivision development build-out services, we bring decades of expertise to every project. Our team manages all aspects of the development process, including site design consulting services, highest and best use analysis, entitlements, site engineering, utility connections, and construction management.

We work closely with home builders as their land agent representative, managing lot sales and lot finishing on a county-by-county basis. Our vertically integrated approach ensures seamless coordination between all stakeholders.
